The Finance Team Lead serves as the head of Hillside’s Finance Department, providing leadership, direction, and coordination across all finance functions. This role ensures that the department operates as a unified team, with financial strategy, planning, and reporting aligned to support Hillside’s mission and organizational priorities. This position manages the Finance Department’s people, priorities, and resources, serving as the primary point of contact between the Finance Department and the Director of Administration. The Finance Team Lead works closely with the Controller to ensure sound accounting and with the Financial Analyst to ensure clear financial insight, while leading the department’s contribution to budgeting, board reporting, and strategic planning.
The Digital Communications Coordinator supports the Communications Team in developing and executing digital communications that clearly and consistently communicate Hillside Fellowship’s mission, vision, and values. This role is responsible for managing Hillside’s digital communication platforms, including the website, mobile app, social media channels, and email communications, helping create inviting and engaging content that connects people to the life and mission of the church.
