Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist

The Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology infrastructure and digital systems at Hillside Fellowship. This includes maintaining hardware and software systems, managing networks and cybersecurity, supporting staff technology needs, and implementing technology solutions that enhance the church’s ministry and operations.

Hillside Kids Administrative Assistant

The Hillside Kids Administrative Assistant will support the Hillside Kids Ministry through excellent administrative, organizational, and communication support while contributing to a healthy and effective ministry team. This role helps ensure the smooth operation of Hillside Kids by maintaining accurate records, assisting volunteers and families, organizing materials, and supporting ministry initiatives in alignment with Hillside’s mission and values.

The HR Generalist will advance this mission by administering the daily functions of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, employee relations, compliance, and record management. This role ensures that Hillside’s employment practices and processes are consistent with the Personnel Handbook, IRS and Department of Labor requirements, and overall best practices for church administration.

Hillside Kids Training Coordinator is a key leadership role by implementing and coaching others in group management and the use of dynamic gospel centered curriculum for children birth through fifth grade.

Production Coordinator

Working closely with the Production Lead, the Production Coordinator helps oversee and maintain AVL systems across all on-campus venues, ensuring every service and event runs smoothly. The Production Coordinator provides hands-on technical support during weekend services—operating or assisting with audio, video, or lighting as needed—while also contributing throughout the week to setup, maintenance, and preparation for upcoming gatherings. This role blends technical skill with a servant-hearted posture, helping create distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus.
