The Connections and Hospitality Lead oversees Hillside’s hospitality and assimilation efforts, creating a warm and consistent environment while supporting weekend services and events to ensure a meaningful experience for all.
The NextGen Team Lead will guide students and their families toward a maturing relationship with Jesus Christ while providing strategic and operational oversight of the middle and high school ministries. This role combines leadership, discipleship, volunteer development, and relational ministry to ensure students are nurtured and equipped to grow in their faith.
