Titus 2:11-15 - His Purified Possessions

QUESTIONS:

1. (Titus 2:11) Everything that is needed for our salvation has been done. Do you struggle to believe this? If so, how does this play out in your life? And how can you remind yourself of the truth?

2. (Titus 2:12-13) We are told to deny ungodliness and to live sensibly righteously and Godly… This requires that we focus and wait for Jesus constantly. Otherwise we are just waiting for an accident. What are some areas/ways you can deny ungodliness and live sensibly right now? What are some ways you can focus more on Christ this week? This month? This year?

3. (Titus 2:14) Christ has Redeemed and Purified us, now we are His. The result of this is that we are zealous for good deeds. How does this truth shape the way you see God? Yourself? The world around you?

4. (Titus 2:15) We are told to speak these things and to let no one disregard us. What obstacles keep you from sharing these things? Where are some areas where God is leading you to share the good news? How does knowing who you are in Christ give you boldness to share these things?
