1. What stood out to you most from the sermon on Colossians 2:16-23?
2. (Colossians 2:16-17) Have you ever gotten scammed? Have you ever been scammed spiritually? What did you learn about yourself from getting scammed?
3. (Colossians 2:18) Part of any scam is to get us to chase a shadow as though it were substantial. We are all naturally susceptible to one of these scams: Legalism (Doing more), Mysticism (Feeling more), or Asceticism (Avoiding more)- which one of these scams is most likely to pull you in?
4. (Colossians 2:19-20) How does our new identity in Christ make us scam-proof and set us free from basing our life on Doing, Feeling, and Avoiding?
