1. What stuck out to you most from the sermon?

2. Healthy doesn't just happen, it's hard work. Where do you need to do some hard work to move toward intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and physical health? (Galatians 5:22-23)

3. God is integrated, He is one. Sin disintegrates us, pulling us apart intellectually, emotionally, and relationally. How have you experienced sin’s disintegrating effects? How does the Gospel bring integration? How have you experienced the integrating power of the Gospel in your life?

4. Do you find it difficult to be honest with yourself about where you truly are in your thought life and emotional life (James 1:22)? How does the church help us see ourselves honestly? Where do you struggle most in receiving feedback? How does the Gospel set us free to be humble and honest about our sin?
