Apr 07, 2024Dave TookerGood NewsGalatians 5:1-15

Notes Outline

OUTLINE:

  1. Freedom & Design (Galatians 5:1)

  2. Freedom & Discipline (Galatians 5:1)

  3. Freedom & Diligence (Galatians 5:2-6)

  4. Freedom & Diffidence (Galatians 5:7-12)

  5. Freedom & Design (Galatians 5:13-15)

QUESTIONS:

  1. (Galatians 5:1) You were designed by God to be free. Where have you given up your internal freedom and found yourself in slavery to sin?

  2. (Galatians 5:1) Freedom requires discipline. Where have you lacked self-discipline and become a slave to sin? Where do you need His help to regain freedom? Why don’t you ask Him for help now?

  3. (Galatians 5:2-6) Freedom requires diligence, a long obedience in the same direction. Where have you taken a break, a breather, or a detour? What is a step you can take to return to Him today?

  4. (Galatians 5:7-12) Freedom requires diffidence, the willingness to be wrong and learn. Are you willing to admit when you are wrong? Where do you struggle the most with being wrong and being willing to grow?

  5. (Galatians 5:13-15) You were designed to be selfless, to love and serve others. Where is Jesus growing you in your design to serve, love, and care for others? What area of your life can you invite Him into to help you today?
