QUESTIONS:

1. Humans are hope based. How we view the future forms how we function in the present. How do you view the future? How does this form your thinking? How does the Bible inform your future?
2. (Ephesians 1:15-18) What do you find yourself putting your hope in? What is the result of putting your hope in anything that is passing? What are some of the things you put your hope in instead of Jesus? How can you repent and place your hope in Jesus today?
3. (Ephesians 1:19-23) Have you ever tried to change someone? What was the result? In what ways has Jesus changed you? How does this show His surpassing power?
