Ephesians: Grace - Jesus Remodels

Jun 23, 2024Dave TookerEphesians: GraceEphesians 3:14-21

Notes Outline

OUTLINE:

  • Relational (Ephesians 3:14-15)
  • Remodel (Ephesians 3:16-17)
  • Remember (Ephesians 3:18-19)
  • Rest  (Ephesians 3:20-21)

QUESTIONS:

  1.  What stood out to you most from this week's sermon in Ephesians 3:14-21?
  2. (Epehsians 3:14-15) How do you understand prayer? Is it more formal to you or familial? More relational or religious? What can we learn from children when it comes to prayer? (Galatians 4:6-7)
  3. (Ephesians 3: 16-17) Jesus doesn't intend to ‘check in’ to your life like a hotel, He intends to ‘move in’ to your life like a home. In what ways have you invited Jesus to ‘check in’ to your life instead of inviting Him to ‘move in’? What are some of His remodeling projects that you have resisted?
  4. (Ephesians 3:18-21) Remodeling takes longer and costs more and is messier than we think. Why is it important to remember His love for you during the remodel of your life? Where do you tend to project to others that you are a finished product instead of a work in progress?
