Luke: Focus on Jesus - The Immaculate Catch

OUTLINE:

• The intensity of the crowd (Luke 5:1-3)
• The incomprehensible request (Luke 5:4-5)

• The inward change (Luke 5:8-11)

QUESTIONS:

1. Where in your life have you pushed and pushed to accomplish your own agenda?
2. Has God ever asked you to do something which you thought was “incomprehensible?”
3. Are you at a point in your spiritual walk where you can genuinely surrender your life and your plans over to him? Is there anything in this life that might be keeping you from wholeheartedly serving Jesus?
4. How might you be a “fisher of men” in your own job? Would people in your workplace be surprised to find out that you are a believer in Jesus Christ?
