Luke: Follow Jesus - Love Your Neighbor

QUESTIONS:

1. In what ways do your own good works (or lack thereof) affect your sense of God’s love and acceptance?
2. Have you ever viewed someone as a non-neighbor, as undeserving of your love? Why?
3. Does a concern for safety, comfort, or the boundaries of group identity keep you from seeing and serving others? Which of these resonates most with you? What does that look like in your life?
4. How can you seek to surrender the above concerns and begin pursuing those in your proximity?
5. What prevents you from seeing yourself in need of rescue? What do you need Jesus to rescue you from?
