QUESTIONS:

1. (Luke 12:35-40) When it comes to your walk with Jesus, do you tend to drift toward spiritual hypervigilance (anxious, tense, trying to control outcomes) or spiritual complacency (numb, checked out)? What does healthy “alertness” look like- not anxious, but aware of God’s presence and purpose?
2. (Luke 12:41) When do you find yourself applying Scripture more quickly to others than to yourself?  Why do you think it feels “safer” to deflect conviction rather than to let it transform us?
3. (Luke 12: 42-44) What are some “small pieces" in your life right now that God is calling you to adjust or realign? When have you seen small acts of faithfulness lead to something much greater than you expected?
4. (Luke 12:45-48) What is your relationship with accountability- do you welcome it, tolerate it, or avoid it? Why do you think it's easier to expect accountability for others than to embrace it personally?
