QUESTIONS:

1. (Luke 11:14-20) What desire has the most power to steer your decisions right now? Have you ever seen anyone function in denial? Where in your life could denial be blinding you?
2. (Luke 11:21-23) Where in your life do you find yourself putting off obedience to Jesus, believing you'll deal with it later?
3. (Luke 11:24-26) In what ways have you tried to ‘clean yourself up’ without depending on Him? What has the outcome been?
4. (Luke 11:27-28) Jesus calls us to hear and obey God’s word, not just admire it. What are some good distractions in your life that keep you from surrendering fully to Him?
5. (Luke 11:14-28) Of these four resistance patterns (denial, delay, DIY, distraction), which one do you most relate to right now?
