Luke: Follow Jesus - Churches Should Have a Warning Label

OUTLINE:

• Image over Integrity (Luke 11:37-41)

QUESTIONS:

1. (Luke 11:37-41) Why do you think we care so much about appearances? When are you most tempted to “look good on the outside” but hide what's going on inside?
2. (Luke 11:42) What are some modern “hand washing” habits that we major on that may not actually matter to God? What would it look like if the church truly put love for God and people as a priority in our lives?  
3. (Luke 11:43-44) Where do you notice a desire in yourself to be noticed, respected or honored? What goes on inside of you when you don't get the credit you feel you deserve?  
4. (Luke 11:45-54) How can we as a church family be a community of blessing, lifting and bearing each other's burdens this week?
